Strategies for Supporting Library Patrons into the Workforce

ABSTRACT:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, unemployment is at an all-time high. Public libraries provide free essential workforce development tools and resources to support library patrons' participation into the job market. Presenter explores barriers that adults face when entering the workforce as well as useful strategies for assisting older job hunters.
