ABSTRACT:
Different models of leadership (e.g., authoritarian, charismatic, transactional, servant) describe unique modes of communication and interaction between the leader and members of an organization. Modifying our interactions to fit the needs of the situation is crucial. Participants will engage in critical self-reflection to learn from experience and improve leadership practices.
